For nearly 30 years, I’ve been in the business of using creativity to bring my clients’ visions to life.
I have a long history of storytelling, beginning in the communications department with McMenamins hotels, pubs and breweries, where I learned about vision, historic preservation and the importance of infusing a little whimsy into everything I do. Later, as Vice President of a bi-coastal marketing agency, I was responsible for designing hundreds of successful campaigns for major international consumer brands.
In 2012, my former husband and I opened a neighborhood restaurant in Portland, Oregon called Tabor Tavern and three years later, we opened our second venue, Swift and Union. In 2013, the Portland Business Journal recognized me as one of its “40 under 40," an award given to young professionals at the top of their respective fields.
Today, I live in and work from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and draw on my diverse background to realize a variety of commercial and residential interior design projects. My work has been featured in Apartment Therapy, Oregon Home Magazine and 1859 Magazine.
A graduate of the University of Oregon and with a certificate from the Heritage School of Interior Design, I currently serve on the board of Heritage, Daniel House Club and Chown Hardware, the oldest family-owned-and-operated architectural hardware, plumbing and lighting company in North America.
